Best Things Come in Threes

Eden's infancy went by quickly. One day she was a baby...

...and the next day she was a child.

She rolled cheerful, even if you can't tell from any of her pictures.

Lily and Wade were still very overly romantic.

Lily following her aspiration to marry her BFF decided it was the perfect time to pop the question.

Wade agreed while Eden "excitedly" celebrated by eating a bowl of Froot Loops.

With some extra funds, a jungle gym was built for Eden.

Also, the nursery was turned into a little girl's room. One room needed to break the pink theme at least.

Things were running very smoothly for the family of three.

Finally it was time for the wedding.

The family held a gold medal wedding.

Sadly, neither Lily or Wade decided to change into formal wear. Even so, the marriage was still official.

They spent the honeymoon trying for baby #2.

On the 2nd try Lily discovered she was expecting. She did have this pregnancy a little harder than the last, she unfortunately experienced one bout of morning sickness.

Eden enjoyed awkwardly staring at her mom's bump while Lily would talk animatedly.

Even while pregnant, Lily would spend the noon hour each day fixing all of their plumbing.

Once she got her handiness skill up, she would definitely be starting to upgrade EVERYTHING.

Time for baby #2 was getting close.

Finally it was time. Lily was hit with labor pains.

Since she now owned a bassinet, Lily was able to have a home birth.

...but something was wrong.

...Lily was not just having 1 baby.

Meet Fawn...

...and Ryan...

...and Luke...

...and one tired mama.

------------------

I was so not expecting triplets this round. I don't understand why Lily would be able to have a home birth with only 1 bassinet.

Anyway, babies Luke and Ryan came first. At this point, I realized I had named everyone a 4-letter name. Lily, Eden, Luke, Ryan. Even, Wade fit the mold. I was originally going to name the little girl Fawna, but since I didn't want to make her feel left out I dropped the a.

Three is Better than Two

The little pink house was almost complete...just a few more simoleons and the finishing touches could be added.

Lily spent her spare time romancing Wade and working on intelligence research.

The couple really needed to get a dining room though.

Though they had a very high comfort level with one another.

Conversing with your lover while on the john is much more fun than playing on your iPad.

The two also began to try for a family.

Checking for deodorant while taking a pregnancy test...multi tasking at its finest.

Sadly, the first try was a no go.

Lily of course jumped at the chance to try again.

*Look at that enthusiasm.*

One more $15 pee stick.

As normal, the positive test resulted in an explosion of confetti in the bathroom. So much easier than trying to figure out if that is really a second line.

Joining his significant other in their favorite room, Wade was able to join in the excitement.

*Baby bump*

Pregnancy definitely did not dampen Lily's confidence.

With a few extra paychecks, a few more windows and a little bit of landscaping was added to the house. *Perfecto*

The rest of the extra income was spent trying to ease Lily's pregnancy cravings. Grilled cheese 24/7.

Wade, being the sympathetic father, also let his belly expand.

Though Lily's bump was much cuter.

Once the labor pains hit, it was realized that there was no bassinet in the house. The only requirement for a home birth of course. So Lily was off to the hospital.

She returned, with her pre-pregnancy body immediately restored.

With a little baby girl snuggled in a bassinet.

Eden Blue was now part of the family.

Disclaimer: A pregnant woman wrote this post who is extremely jealous of how easy Lily's 3 trimesters went.

I finally re-read the OWBC rules and realized that I'm supposed to have 3 flamingos per person. For some reason, I had only registered it as 1 flamingo per person. I'm already way further in the game...so too late for that. So there's a rule I accidentally edited.
