Wrapping Up

Nina was making herself at home. She joined the business career path to help bring in additional income.

Meanwhile, Reno made it official with Cataleya. 

They were both excited about being boyfriend and girlfriend.

While Jett was busy planning Reno's birthday.

He was always happy to throw a party -- no matter the occasion.

Elle volunteered to bartend.

While Nash kept the guests entertained. There was so much food that he decided to utilize the bathroom sink.

Although, in the middle of the party Reno and Nina snuck down to the gym to get their workout on.

Unfortunately, Reno did not make it in time to blow out the candles...but it most definitely did not affect his mood. No sad moodlet today. He was now officially a young adult and the officially wacky boolpop challenge was complete!

I found out that this challenge actually ends once the youngest of the generation becomes a young adult. Since Reno is now officially there we are done! I was able to complete Nash's aspiration at the party -- talk about last minute.

I was still working through Elle's. It was taking a long time to get the funds where they needed to be in order to expand the house to that level.

Jett was about halfway done with his. I expect if I continue to play him, I would be able to complete his by the time he becomes an elder.

Reno is actually extremely close to completing his as well. He just needs to max out his body skill and he is currently at 7.

Just for fun here is a quick tour of the house. There is no sound. 

With more time and more funds, I was planning to add more equipment to the basement gym. To reach Elle's aspiration I would probably need to add on a third floor too.

If you look at the yellow bedroom upstairs you will see a lot of Fawn's artwork. When Emery became a widower he slept in that room.

Finally a Little Bit of Romance

Typically only one of the 3 boys would still be living at home...but this generation was going to be different. All 3 were going to reside at the Blue Home.

Elle celebrated her birthday. She was an officially an elder.

This was the only person they could convince to play at her birthday.

After the party, she got it on with her late husband. 

Jett got his first job. He wasn't sure which occupation fit his party lifestyle better so he chose the athletic career. He got a sweet outfit out of the deal at least. 

Meanwhile Nash was working his way up the secret agent branch. You could call him Blue. Nash Blue.

Reno was still working his way through high school. He was currently a solid B student.

Jett tried to regularly throw parties. He was still a little confused what differentiated a social event from a party. 

While all 3 boys felt like building a relationship was best done in your sleepwear.

Whatever that may be.

Nash finally went on his first date. (He was already halfway done with his young adult years, it was definitely time.)

No, the date wasn't with her...

It was with her. 

(Asa makes another appearance!)

Meet Nina.

Nash did a little more than meet her though.

Since they were already good friends he was able to move through their relationship pretty quickly.

Officially boyfriend and girlfriend.

He actually had the option to propose, but decide to just ask her to move in and end the date with a passionate kiss instead. They didn't want to move too fast.

Reno preferred to attract potential significant others with dance moves...

He did need to liven the place up a bit. *Ba dum tis*

Jett finally started sleeping in his own room, which meant Nina could share with Nash.

The OWBC officially ends with the third child of the third born generation (aka Elle's generation) becomes an adult. I'm assuming that means 'adult' and not 'young adult.' So I am planning to play the game until Reno ages into an adult. Currently, he is 3 days away from becoming a young adult.

Once I moved Nina in I discovered she had 2 children. One was a young adult and one was a teen. I had no idea until I took a peek at her family tree. Since the household is so crammed I voted not to move them in after the fact. (They do have plenty of room thanks to Elle's aspiration, but there is a limit of so many Sims.) I just think it's odd that I didn't realize she was a mom. It kind of makes me feel bad splitting them up. I'm still not sure how she could have a young adult for a daughter if she just barely aged from young adult to adult when she moved in. Oh well. 

Party and Gym Bro

Reno was finally becoming a teen.

Kade baked him a blue cake. (Although it looked more aqua.)

Reno was a good mix of both his parents. He hadn't completed his 2nd childhood aspiration, but he didn't seem upset by it.

Sadly, not loo long after it was Kade's time to go.

He lived a good life even if he did never fulfilled his desire to become the emperor of evil.

Elle pleaded for her husband to be spared -- but was denied.

They buried Kade next to the rest of the Blue family, adorning his headstone with a bag of loot from his last heist.

After the sadness lifted, Jett threw a party for his brother's birthday.

Nash was becoming a young adult!

The party was a bronze star success.

Although it helped Jett start his party animal aspiration off.

Nash got a bedroom remodel. (Somehow the floor disappeared and would not come back.) Regardless, it was a pretty nice bedroom.

To help live into Reno's athletic aspiration and Nash's social, the brothers visited the local gym.

They spotted Iain...

While Reno worked out, Nash was busy schmoozing.

B.O. didn't even bother him...

...nor did talking through doors.

After finishing his cookie, Jett threw himself a giant birthday bash. He was a party animal after all.

It was the first time in a while where there was actually an audience for blowing out the candles.

Afterward, Elle popped over for a visit to her brother and sister's house. Wasn't she the eldest? Oh well.

An exhausted Jett decided he would rather sleep in his brother's bed...

...even though his room just had its adult makeover.
